La Chablisienne Petit Chablis 2023

'Pas Si Petit'. This Chablis may be Petit/small but it's anything but small to taste. Pale gold in colour, with brilliant silver reflections. Initially expressive on the nose with fruity notes (peach, pineapple) and a more mineral background (light flint). After aeration, citrus aromas appear, combined with subtle notes of aromatic herbs (rosemary). To taste it is lively, acidulous with lemony notes bringing energy. The finish is more mineral; a beautiful, mouth-watering expression of the limestone terroir from which it is born.
