July 6th to 8th 2026 – WSET Level 2 Sake 3 Days course in Sydney

WSET Level 2 course with Yukino Ochiai, run by Deja vu Sake Co. (APP No. 3047). Venue: Jicca Dining (Shop 1/99 Military Rd, Neutral Bay NSW 2089) Date & Time: July 6th (Mon) to 7th (Wed) 2026, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm This is a three-day intensive course. For individuals new to the subject, this qualification offers a hands-on introduction to the world of sake, in common with Level 1. (You don’t need to have completed the WSET Level 1 Award in Sake to participate in this course) In the Level 2 award in Sake, you’ll explore and gain an understanding of the categories, grades and speciality styles of sake and the key production choices required to make them. Upon successful completion, you will receive a WSET certificate and lapel pin.
