When retrieving steadily, increasing the speed mimics the frantic escape of bluegill and crucian carp. This high-pitched, water-displacing escape action triggers chase strikes. If you reel in quickly for a moment or jerk the rod, it creates a sharp, slicing slide-dart and dive action. The subsequent rising action triggers a strike where the fish lunges upward to snatch the lure. The powerful strikes produced by these actions are proof that this lure is truly meant to be attacked. By attaching weight seals, you can easily adjust the lure to a suspending or slow-sinking action. Even when you’re forced to slow down during periods of low water temperatures or tough fishing conditions, its realism really shines. Dorsal fin, anal fin and caudal fin It combines the striking water displacement created by the hard-material dorsal and anal fins with the natural water displacement of the soft-material caudal fin. A coil spring is installed at the connection point of the caudal fin to prevent detachment. Fixed Main Weight A molded weight is positioned across nearly the entire lower front section of the body to lower the center of gravity. This stabilizes the tall body while enabling quick recovery from dirt. Rear Weight and Rattle Two large spherical weights positioned in the rear body contribute to stable flight and distance, while also producing a low-frequency sound that attracts big fish.
