Position and secure the V-Cell mounting rails using rated caravan-roof fasteners. Install the bulkhead sockets into the V-Cell housing and tighten securely. Route the DC and Gen 3 data cables from the Starlink Mini to the bulkhead sockets. Install the Starlink Mini into the V-Cell enclosure. Install the IP68 cable entry gland on a sealed flat or curved roof surface. Feed the 5 m DC cable through the gland into the internal electrical bay. Connect the voltage booster to the 12 V supply using the Anderson input. Connect the regulated 35 V output to the Mini DC cable and verify polarity. Perform vibration and movement checks across all fixings before commissioning.
