Today, working alongside his family on a small one-hectare farm in the mountains of Jaén, he is quickly making a name for himself as a promising young producer. Driven by a dream to lead his community, Jose made the bold decision to leave the commercial market behind and focus entirely on specialty coffee. He's committed to sustainable, self-sufficient farming, taking the time to produce his own organic fertiliser from the farm's leftover coffee pulp.
