Black organic cotton poplin women’s long Victorian style bloomers. Measure 42” at hip and 30” long. Elasticated drawstring waistband for flexible sizing. Back pocket. These bloomers are made up with two pieces of fabric, hence the seam on the lower leg. I’ve added a third ruffle, and taken a bit off the price of these bloomers.
