Despite the high ABV, the profile remains generous and layered, with spice, buttery richness and sweetness all working together in a full-bodied, memorable style. Tasting note: Nose of buttery cinnamon, caramel and plenty of spice. The palate shows richness, viscosity, crème brûlée and vanilla beneath the spice. The finish moves through oak, bubblegum, watermelon rind and a rounded, bready softness. Limited to less than 50 bottles across Australia.
