Read Before First Use This grill is built using heavy-duty stainless steel specially selected for high-heat cooking performance, durability, and long-term outdoor use. Please read the following important care instructions before use: 1. Natural Color Change With regular use and exposure to high heat, the stainless steel surface will naturally darken. Over time, the grill will develop a rich and uniform seasoned finish. This is completely normal and is a sign of proper use. 2. Surface Marks & Scratches Due to the heavy-gauge construction and handling during manufacturing, assembly, and shipping, minor surface scratches or marks may be visible. These are cosmetic only and do not affect the performance, strength, or lifespan of the grill. 3. Avoid Thermal Shock Do not pour cold water onto a hot grill or expose it to sudden temperature changes. Rapid cooling may cause slight warping or deformation, which is normal for high-heat metal cookware and grills. 4. Seasoning Your Grill For best performance and longer life, lightly coat the entire grill surface with cooking oil and heat it thoroughly before use. This process creates a natural protective layer that improves the grill’s appearance and cooking performance over time. 5. Steak/Burger Attachment Care Before first use, apply a light coat of cooking oil to the steak/burger attachment while it is cold, then heat it to season the surface.
