Empowering the Empath in You Wed, June 24 from 6:30 to 8:30pm Karen Kurchyne $45 Open to adults and teens. Sensitive? Learn how to not just survive but thrive as an empathic being. Learn about what an empath is and ways to feel empowered with your empathic self! You’ll develop your own tools for handling everyday situations that can seem overwhelming. We’ll discuss what I refer to as tools for your ‘Empathic Toolbox’. Things that you can use to better deal with situations you experience that leave you feeling sad, angry, depressed, or drained. You’ll learn how to control what drains you, so that you can utilize it in a healthy way for you and others around you. Let’s build up your toolbox up so that you feel empowered in all situations and never feel you must shut off or block your empathic self! Scheduling/Cancellation/Refund Policy: As a small education center, The Purple Door and our instructors rely on the registration process. If the minimum number of registrations is not met , the class will be cancelled/rescheduled and refunds provided.
