Silver hammered band ring Aquamarines and flowers

This ring feels like the start of something new. Over the past few years, I’ve spent a lot of time developing new skills and exploring different techniques, and this piece brings some of that together. A hammered silver band, with three small aquamarines set across the top, almost draped rather than placed. Around them, tiny silver details and granulation and silver flowers add another layer of texture and shape. This ring is currently a size X but can be made to order in any size. This piece is part of my 52 Ring Project, a personal challenge inspired by rediscovering a long-forgotten collection of gemstones. After moving to Dorset, I unpacked two boxes of stones that had remained untouched for several years — some of which I have owned for over fifteen years. After carefully sorting and organising them by type, size and colour, I decided to bring them back into use by creating one ring each week over the course of a year. Each ring in the collection is made using a different gemstone, giving every piece its own character and story.
