Refurbished Air Conditioner Unit Sales Policy Warranty Coverage All refurbished AC units sold by Velit are tested before shipment and include Velit’s standard 1-year AC unit warranty. 30-Day Return & Replacement Policy If your refurbished AC unit does not work as expected, you may request a return or replacement within 30 days of delivery. Within the first 30 days: Velit will provide a return shipping label. The unit may be returned for a refund. The unit may be replaced with a brand-new unit per the statements below. Brand-New Replacement Units Refurbished units are sold at a reduced price. If you choose or require a brand-new replacement unit under warranty, you must pay the difference between: The price originally paid for the refurbished unit, and The current retail price of a new unit. This price difference must be paid before the new unit is shipped. Refunds Returned units must be received and inspected before a refund can be issued. Warranty After 30 Days After the first 30 days, the refurbished AC unit is still covered under Velit’s standard 1-year warranty policy. All warranty claims will continue to follow Velit’s normal warranty procedures and coverage terms. Important Notice Purchasing a refurbished unit does not include a free upgrade to a new unit. Any replacement with a brand-new unit will require payment of the retail price difference, even if the replacement is covered under warranty.
