Two versions of this course are available, general industry, or healthcare focused. Please indicate which is right for you when ordering. With this 20-minute course, you can train your entire staff on the Three Duties expected of them and the Five Behaviors of their conduct whereby they will be judged in accordance with the Just Culture model. Your entire staff will have the knowledge of how their choices contribute to outcomes and their role in support of your organization’s mission and values.
