Strawberry Elderflower Danish (vg)

Available every weekdays of June 2026 This pastry is composed with a croissant dough filled with a strawberry jam with pieces of strawberry and flavored with Elderflower syrup. It is all covered with a custard lighten with a chantilly. We added pink elderflower and lime zest for decoration. It has been created in collaboration with our intern, Irene, as part of her graduation thesis. Oh and it's completely vegan. Ingredient list: Flour, sugar, salt, margarine, oil, yeast, plant based cream, oat milk, water, strawberry, Agar, pectine, cornstarch, elderflower, lime. Allergens: Gluten.
