Stalactitic Quartz and Calcite Geode

A glittering world of wonder awaits inside this Quartz and Calcite geode from Morocco. Known as a stalactitic formation, the Quartz crystals formed into elongated shapes similar to stalactites and stalagmites found in caves. The Quartz crystals have a soft reddish purple hue, and tucked inside amongst the Quartz crystals is a lovely clear Calcite crystal!
