Still Medium Perry Oliver's perries are defined by balance and character, crafted from a selection of perry pears from Herefordshire orchard, this full-bodied perry was cold-fermented with wild yeasts, matured, and blended to create a boisterous yet deliciously drinkable profile. Retaining its natural residual sweetness, this succulent drink features notes of melon and lime citrus paired with soft tannins. Great on its own but this perry also serves as a perfect partner for seasonal dishes (even with a touch of spice). Alc. 6.1%
