Clearwater TCG Trade Day — Vendor Tables Saturday, Aug 1st 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Location: M&M Video Games Clearwater 511 S Hercules Ave Clearwater, FL 33764 Join us at M&M Video Games Clearwater location with a special TCG Trade Day event! This will be a full day of buying, selling, trading, family-friendly activities, food, and fun as we welcome the community into our new store. We expect strong local turnout and a great atmosphere throughout the day. This is a great opportunity for vendors to be part of a special launch event at one of our newest locations. Vendor Table Details Total Vendor Spots Available: 22 Table Size: 6-foot tables Price: $100 per table Vendor Setup: 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM Event Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Parking: Free parking available Admission: Free for attendees Table Selection Vendors may select their table number from the dropdown menu before checkout. All tables are first come, first served until sold out. What to Expect Family-friendly activities throughout the day Food, fun, and strong community turnout Collectors, players, and casual attendees buying, selling, and trading A fun and organized event environment Important Vendor Policies Tables are non-transferable. Vendors must check in with a valid ID to claim their table. Vendors must be fully set up before event opening. No early breakdown is permitted unless approved by event staff.
