Oscietra Caviar

If there's one caviar that converts people for life, it's Oscietra. The eggs are medium sized with a thin shell that gives way to a rich, creamy interior, nutty and buttery, with flavours of walnut and hazelnut and a very clean saline finish that lingers without overpowering. Sourced from Russian sturgeon (Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii) aged between 10 and 15 years, fresh and never pasteurised.
