South Texas Heat is our own creation of what a real Tex Mex style seasoning should be. Some Texas heat combined with traditional Mexican flavors of Cumin, Garlic, Onion, and Paprika will provide that authentic South Texas taste to any dish. South Texas Heat is great on Fajitas, Pork Chops, and Chicken. It also makes a fantastic seasoning for some South Texas Style Hot Wings!
