Vignobles Bulliat - Morgon 'Colombier' 2023

(Beaujolais, France) A refined expression of Gamay from the renowned Morgon cru, this wine offers aromas of ripe red fruits, including cherry and raspberry, complemented by subtle floral notes and a touch of spice. On the palate, it presents a structured and harmonious profile with firm tannins and a lingering finish. The wine's depth and complexity make it suitable for both immediate enjoyment and aging. Made by Noël and Loïc Bulliat, who run this family estate covering 27 hectares across 8 different crus in the heart of the Beaujolais region. The grapes are cultivated organically, and a minimal intervention approach is employed both in and out of the vineyard.
