The Pearl Bloomers

Volume where you least expect it. Crafted from cotton, these bloomers sit at an elasticated waist. Three tiers of ruffles build at the back and wrap around the sides — a bustle effect, restated in cotton. The front stays clean. Each leg gathers at an elasticated cuff, finished with eyelet lace. Worn under a dress for shape, or on their own for something entirely themselves.
