Extra breadth to this nose – framed with an immodest oak – but becomes a more and more perfumed nose – air reducing the impact of the barrel. A rounder impression in the mouth – fine texture and a faint grain of tannin. A wine that impresses but I’d personally be waiting 3-5 years for the barrel to fade.
