So good! This 1980s Cotton Aztec Print Balloon Sleeve Blouse by Victor Costa. Unlined and buttons up the front. The fit is unstructured with no darts or seams.The buttons begin a little further down than the average blouse for a sexier fit. The sleeves are gathered at the shoulders and close at the cuffs with round fabric covered buttons for a super balloon shape, amazing!
