The Patagonia Level Goretex Shell System is a versatile lightweight water proof garment used in the Special Operation Forces (SOF) like Navy Seals. It is made from an encapsulated micro fiber fabric that is breathable, water-proof and windproof making it an excellent candidate for wet conditions.
