Mondays with Switzel ⋅ 7:30pm - 9:00pm ⋅ June 29 - July 25, 2026 1.5 hours per week for 4 weeks with a show on Saturday, July 25, 2026 at MPWR STUDIO in Port Coquitlam. Professional video footage included. Gain confidence, skill, and community while getting a great workout & having fun! Although this is a Beginner level class and no previous dance experience is required, general body awareness should be present.
