About This Cut - Kama-toro is a very fatty cut found on the belly, closest to the collar near the jaw. It has a higher fat content than regular toro (tuna belly) with unique marbling. Only a small amount of the belly is considered kama-toro. It is firmer in texture than regular toro. Yield - 1 portion is 3-4 oz.
