Through hormone awareness and cycle syncing, everything changed - I’ve become more in tune with my body than ever before. I’ve built strength in ways that feel supportive, not punishing. I’ve learned to prioritise rest without guilt, and to harness the momentum that naturally arrives at certain times of the month. How to Use This Book This journal has been lovingly designed in two parts to help you reconnect with your body, rhythm and your inner wisdom. Part One - Daily Check-in Each day invites you to pause, reflect and tune into how your body and mind are feeling. You’ll find gentle prompts for self-awareness and mindful observation. At the end of each week, there's a page of activity prompts - simple nourishment and self care rituals that align with each phase of your cycle. These are beautiful reminders to meet yourself where you are at, with kindness and compassion. Part Two - Cycle Reflection This section allows you to look back on your cycle as a whole. Reflect on your energy, libido, emotions, and patterns. Celebrating growth, awareness and honouring what your body has guided you through. Over time you’ll begin to notice natural rhythms and how they shape your energy, mood and creativity.
