This wine is made from 100% Chiavennasca and features strawberry, red currant, violet, and mint aromas. It undergoes 10-day maceration, stainless steel fermentation, malolactic fermentation, and one-year aging in Slavonian oak. Wild yeasts are used, and it is sustainably farmed.
