The Traditionaliszt is their most classical expression: grapes foot-stamped and directly pressed, then fermented and aged across amphoras and a 500-litre oak barrel. At 10% alcohol it stays light on its feet while carrying real complexity underneath. The vintage basket on the label is the right symbol — this is a wine rooted in how things used to be done.
