Kokoist Premiere & Excel Small Group Dual Certification Join Kokoist USA Educator Rachel Messick at her private studio in Orange, California for an intimate, hands-on Kokoist Premiere & Excel dual certification class. Limited to just four students, this small-group class gives Rachel the opportunity to watch you work, answer questions as they come up and troubleshoot the little things that are much harder to catch from the front of a big classroom. You’ll also get something Rachel really values about group education: learning from each other. And because there are only four of you, there’s plenty of room for questions. Bring them. What We’ll Cover The goal isn’t just to learn the steps. Rachel wants you to understand what the products are doing, why you might choose one product or technique over another and how to make those decisions once you’re back at your own nail table. Kokoist history, product theory and system selection Natural nail overlays using multiple Kokoist gel systems Gelip full-cover extension application Builder gel extensions using forms Signature Kokoist nail art techniques Product and technique selection based on the service and client And if a question sends the class down a useful product-theory rabbit hole, Rachel is usually happy to go there. Certification Upon successful completion of the class, you’ll receive both: Kokoist Premiere Certification (Level 1) Kokoist Excel Certification (Level 2) Your Kokoist training textbook and class kit are also included. What to Bring Please arrive with bare nails on at least one hand. You’ll be practicing on yourself and each other throughout the day, so we need something to work on! Your Kokoist class kit is included in your class fee and will be waiting for you at the studio. Please bring the following tools with you as well: Curing unit (Kokoist LeBlanc recommended) Cuticle pusher Cuticle nipper Palette knife or gel stir stick Manicure dust brush Electric file with assorted bits (medium carbide bit, mandrel and sanding bands recommended) You’re also welcome to bring any favorite brushes, tools or Kokoist products you prefer working with at your own nail table. No need to pack the whole salon, though. There will be plenty of supplies on hand. Certification is earned through full attendance and active participation in all demonstrations and hands-on portions of the class.
