Antique Gold Kamdhenu Cow & Calf

For homes that love the character of the old, our Antique Kamdhenu carries the soul of a temple heirloom. The divine cow of plenty stands with her calf at her side. Her blanket is engraved with floral motifs, and the base is lined with lotus patterns. All of it is hand-antiqued so that the darker recesses frame the gold highlights, giving the piece remarkable depth. Kamdhenu is worshipped as the giver of all that a family needs: food, wealth, children and contentment. She is a deeply auspicious presence, and a classic gift for a griha pravesh, a new baby or a newly married couple. VASTU PLACEMENT The north-east or north of the home is ideal, especially the living room or prayer room, with the cow facing inward. It is believed to bring abundance and fulfil the household's wishes. CARE Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Do not polish, as the antique patina is part of the design.
