Generous additions of Galaxy hops introduce bright passionfruit and citrus character, while additions of orange peel and coriander seed add zesty accents. A careful blend of Wiper and True house yeast and Belgian-style yeast bring additional complexity, with subtle spice and fruity notes, reminiscent of a witbier. Store and serve chilled. Our unfiltered beer may contain sediment – pour gently.
