The parcels were harvested and fermented separately with 20% whole bunches, then matured in seasoned French oak for six months before blending. Red cherry, raspberry and strawberry lead the way, joined by dried herbs, delicate florals and subtle spice. Fine, silky tannins shape the palate while vibrant acidity keeps the fruit fresh and energetic.
