Forged from carbon steel, not cast iron, and seasoned by hand with a lemon-infused oil, it has a naturally nonstick surface with no synthetic coatings, no chemicals, and no sticky residue. The welded steel handle is finished with a terracotta cowhide leather cover, etched with our SR mark.
