How to Install Outdoor Wall Panels Using XPRO StixSeal Step 1 – Prepare the Wall Ensure the surface is structurally sound, stable and free from dust, grease, dirt and loose material. Remove any loose paint or debris that could interfere with adhesion. The adhesive can be used on suitable damp surfaces, but a clean, dry surface is recommended for optimal installation. Step 2 – Prepare Your Panels Measure your installation area and cut the panels to the required size. Clean the rear of each panel to remove dust and contamination. Dry-fit your panels before applying adhesive to check positioning and alignment. Step 3 – Apply the Adhesive Insert the XPRO StixSeal cartridge into a standard sealant gun. Cut the nozzle to the required opening. Apply suitable beads of adhesive to the rear of the panel, ensuring an even distribution across the bonding surface. Follow the panel manufacturer's recommended adhesive pattern, spacing and ventilation requirements. Step 4 – Fix the Panels to the Wall Carefully position the panel against the prepared surface. Press firmly to create good contact between the adhesive, panel and wall. Check the alignment with a spirit level and adjust immediately where necessary.
