The result is a sophisticated food accompaniment with character: strawberry red runs into the glass, showing a light minerality in the background with intensive notes of berries, cherries, hibiscus and fruit tea. On the palate it is juicy, tight-knit and elegant. This year the wine aged 60% in Amphora and 40% in barrel for 11 months on the less.
