Big but balanced, it cuts through milk beautifully and works just as well as a single origin espresso or the backbone of a blend. Where it comes from Grown on a handful of farms around Carmo de Minas, including Santa Lucia, Santa Ines, Fazenda Furnas and Fazenda Sertão. A smaller 14/15 screen size adds body and keeps the price approachable, with all the sweetness of a Yellow Bourbon natural. Curated to represent the region rather than one small lot, it tastes consistent from harvest to harvest.
