DESCRIPTION Vintage green glazed ceramic sculpture by Martha Allen. Created in March, 1989 this bizarrely interesting sculpture is titled "Beauty & The Beast". It depicts a large horse human like figure in a warm embrace with a woman. The pea green drip glaze is two toned throughout. There is a tenderness in the embrace which has a hint of sadness and suits its title name. This would be a great addition to any ceramic, mythical sculpture or bizarre collection for a desk or a library.
