Made from 925 sterling silver and hand carved using the ancient crafts of the lost-wax casting method. Size 10.5 Taranaki jeweller Amy Gopperth creates Batch Jewellery through a considered exploration of material, process and form. Working with techniques including sand-casting and lost-wax carving, she embraces the irregularities of making, allowing each piece to develop its own subtle variations and character. Inspired by the natural world and crafted using recycled precious metals, Batch Jewellery is tactile, individual and quietly distinctive.
