Wild Forest Fire Cider • Oxymel

• WILD FOREST FIRE CIDER • Delicious, Spicy Immune & Respiratory Supporting Oxymel • I'm so excited each year to return this powerful seasonal offering! This is my unique take on the traditional tonic: Fire Cider ~ created with the intent to help bring forth healing after our wildfires & crafted with wildcrafted bio-regional Evergreen tree boughs. I first crafted this offering in September 2020 when I evacuated to Montana, seeking refuge from our Oregon wildfires. I designed the labels as a blending of burned & living trees, to pay homage to the scorched mountainsides that burn each summer, forever a part of the beautiful PNW landscapes 🌲 This oxymel exists to deeply support our respiratory, immune, circulatory & digestive systems. Bringing spicy, sweet, sour & bitter flavors, she summons the fires within & gets our blood moving during dark, cold days. She includes the strongest anti-viral, anti-microbial & anti-inflammatory ingredients known. They act as powerful lung expectorants, helping bring up & rid unwanted debris, smoke, virals, while delivering essential minerals, vitamins & various nutrients to all the bodily systems. In Fire Cider tradition, she was crafted upon the summer New Moon & strained upon the October New Moon. This supportive brew combines about 28 ingredients; local Organic veggies & homegrown herbs infused with wildcrafted tree boughs, berries, roots, local raw herbal infused honey & a special seasonal spice blend. You first taste the sweetness and then the depths of a fire warm your whole body. Her uses are so versatile & delicious! Shake her up and add a splash to your favorite dishes ~ soups, stir-fry, salads or use as a marinade. Mix in tea, Bloody Mary or cocktail. For an immune boost or combat feeling ill, take her straight in a shot glass. She helps summon the fire within & get the blood moving on cold, dark days. 🌿Freshly Infused Organic Ingredients: Ginger root, Turmeric root, Garlic, Onions, Jalapeños, Horseradish root, Oranges, Lemons, Hibiscus, Smoked Black Peppercorn, Cayenne Pepper, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Nutmeg, Allspice, Cloves, Cardamom & Fennel. 🌿PNW Wildcrafted & Homegrown Ingredients: Western Red Cedar, Blue Spruce tips, Douglas Fir tips, Garden Sage, Ponderosa Pine, Thyme, Oregano, Rosemary, Goldenrod, Elecampane root & Rose Hips.
