Order Inspection As our products are primarily cosmetics packaged in sealed containers (bottles, jars, etc.), inspection is limited. In Greater Cairo, you may briefly check your order in the presence of the courier and return it immediately if unsatisfied (shipping fees apply). For other areas, inspection in the presence of the courier is not available.
