HOW TO USE Clean the refractometer prism thoroughly. Allow the verification fluid to reach approximately 20°C / 68°F. Place 2–3 drops on the prism. Close the daylight plate/sample cover. Take the reading according to your refractometer’s instructions. The expected DEF concentration is approximately 32.5% urea. Clean the prism after testing.
