Limited Batch Light Roast Tasting note: Orange, peach, and raspberry This coffee is from Tinganga Estate in Kenya's Kiambu county, grown at 1,800 meters and dried whole in the sun on raised beds. We roast it medium, so the fruit stays out front and the body stays with it. Tinganga is a single estate run by Sasini, a Kenyan-majority company that pays above minimum wage and backs housing, early childhood education, and the local primary school. We roast each Limited Batch once. When it's gone, it's gone.
