THE GUIDING LIGHT PATRON EXPERIENCE

In The Fifth Pearl, there is a line that reads: “Let the lighthouse guide you.” The lighthouse is a dominant landmark in the coastal Japanese town at the heart of the story. When a grandmother calls her granddaughter home, the lighthouse becomes a symbol of guidance—a steady light showing her the way back to her family, her history, and herself. That symbol has special meaning for me, too. So many of you have supported and guided me throughout my journey with The Pearl Girls.
