Tonka Bok

As the days grow shorter and the fires burn longer, some flavours simply belong to the season. Tonka Bok is our autumn ritual in a glass. A rich, warming bock infused with Tonka bean — the wrinkled seed of a South American tree, prized for its deep aroma of vanilla, almond, caramel and warm spice. Long surrounded by folklore and believed to carry a touch of magic, it feels right at home when the harvest is gathered and the nights grow dark. The result is smooth beyond expectation. Layers of toasted malt, caramel and bread crust melt into soft vanilla, marzipan and gentle spice, finishing warm, rich and inviting.
