Substitution Policy: Due to floral availability, especially during peak seasons, substitutions may occur without notice. We use flowers of equal or greater value to maintain the overall design and style. Flower colours: substitutions will be selected to stay as close as possible to the intended colour palette. Containers and accessories may be substituted based on availability. Potential flower substitutions may include gladiolus, peonies, tulips, calla lilies, cymbidium orchids, anthuriums or other premium seasonal flowers of equal or greater value. For hospital deliveries, lilies and eucalyptus may be substituted due to scent or allergy considerations. Please check with the hospital before ordering, as some departments may not accept flowers. Flower Care Instructions: Keep the vase filled with fresh water mixed with the provided flower food. After 2–3 days, trim 2–3 cm from the stems at an angle to help the flowers absorb more water. Place the arrangement in a cool, shaded area away from direct sunlight, ripening fruit and air vents. Remove any leaves that fall below the water line to help prevent bacterial growth. Refresh the water regularly to keep the flowers looking their best.
