👨🏼🌾Red wine made by Stéphanie & Eduard Tscheppe-Eselböck. With Joschuari, Blaufränkisch reaches new heights! The vines are located on the slopes of Burgenland, where the stony soils contribute to the character of this cuvée. After spontaneous fermentation and skin maceration, the wine continues to age in old barrels. It offers black fruit, spices, and a mineral backbone, with a more structured palate than Atanasius, yet still plenty of freshness.
