An Irish, semi-soft, pasteurised washed-rind cheese. Made by mother and daughter - Jeffa Gill and Sarah Hennessy - on their family farm in the Coomkeen Valley, West Cork. A gentle tasting cheese with a creamy, milky and buttery flavour. The dairy was awarded Best Semi Soft Cheese at the Artisan Cheese Awards, and Gold, Best Rind Washed Cheese at the Irish Cheese Awards. in 2026.
