Drum Channel Strip

Controlled Drum Mayhem Charlie Bauerfeind. 35 Years. One Strip. While others fill rooms with gear, Charlie Bauerfeind fills records with results — three decades of recording legends like Helloween, Blind Guardian, Motörhead, Saxon, and Van Canto will do that to you. Every session. Every gut call on compression, EQ, de-essing and saturation. All of it is now inside this plugin. The Ugritone Drum Channel Strip is a complete, purpose-built processing chain for metal drums. Drums that sound larger than life, brutal and straight to the point. The Chain Six modules. One signal path. Zero compromise. Multiband Compressor 1→ Brutalizer → De-Esser → Preamp → EQ → Multiband Compressor 2 Compression that keeps intelligibility intact without strangling the power. A Brutalizer shaping the drumsound into pure attack. An EQ that sounds musical because it is musical. Two multiband compressors that keep everything together. The result: a drum mix that has it all: power, definition and size. Your Workflow, Your Rules Easy Mode — load a preset, trust Charlie, get back to recording Full Mode — take the wheel and dial every module to taste Charlie's chain is a blueprint, not a cage. Reorder, bypass or rebuild from scratch — nothing here is cast in iron. Unless you want it to be. Visual feedback across the entire chain. Dry/wet per-module control where it counts.
