Traditional Bristol glaze stoneware jars and pots, finished in the familiar combination of pale cream and warm honey-brown glaze. The collection includes two substantial storage jars and a smaller rounded pot with a matching lid. The larger handled jar has a wide opening, small side handles and simple incised bands around the shoulder, making it perfect for holding kitchen utensils, or displaying a leafy plant. The second jar has a fuller, rounded shape and thick rolled rim, ideal for dried flowers on open kitchen shelving. The smaller lidded pot is a lovely size for sugar or salt.
