It can also be used across a double bed and a 5ft/160cm/UK King as a throw. Our vintage kantha quilts are handmade in India from layers of upcycled cotton saris. Each one is unique, with its own combination of colours, fabrics and hand stitching. Little patches, variations in the stitching and occasional extra embroidery all add to their character and charm. Each side of a kantha is different, the first five photos show one side of the quilt and the last three photos show the reverse side.
